Looking for a unique, fun venue for your rehearsal dinner? Don’t want to deal with booking and organizing another party? Third Degree can help! Custom-created for rehearsal dinners, all packages are based on 40-100 guests, Mondays-Fridays. Packages include a beer/wine/soda bar, rental of the gallery for three hours, complimentary parking, an event manager/bartender, guest tables, black-padded folding chairs, black linens, glass centerpieces, in-house music and wireless microphone.
Best of all: You get to pick the package! All fare is arranged, displayed, maintained and wrapped up through Third Degree. Add on a glass blowing demo or a hands-on activity and you’ll have a party that your families, friends and wedding party will never forget!
Russo’s “That’s Amore” Package • $40 per person
This yummy package includes a classic duo of pastas, Pasta Con Broccoli and Cavatelli Bolognese, served with an Italian salad, garlic cheese bread and housemade cannolis and deserts. Great for vegetarian and meat-eaters alike!
Pappy’s BBQ Dinner Package • $40 per person
Perfect for a low-key Rehearsal Dinner! This package includes your choice of two meats and two sides. Meats include: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Turkey Breast. Sides include: Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Applesauce, Green Beans or mixed green Salad. We can even source gingham table linens and mason jar glasses if you’d like. Great when used in conjunction with our outdoor patio and fire pit!
Russo’s Gourmet Food Bars • $45 per person
This package includes an interactive food station. You get to pick the bar! Super fun for an easy-going rehearsal dinner! All options include all the fixin’s you can imagine! All bars come with extra-large cookies for dessert.
Choose from: Stuffed Baked Potato Bar with toppings like pulled smoked beef BBQ and broccoli & cheddar cheese • Sizzling Fajita Bar with chicken, beef, grilled veggies, tortillas and much more including a taco salad • Char-Broiled Burger Bar with ½ pound burgers and all the extras you could need • Asian Stir Fry with cashew chicken, Mongolian beef, stir-fry veggies, rice and an Asian-inspired salad.
