We are proud to welcome Olivia Reim, one of TDGF Event Department’s newest members. Olivia has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her keen attention to detail and organizational skills make event coordination a breeze. During her tenure as event coordinator and banquet manager for an in-house microbrewery and distillery, Olivia increased bookings from year to year and headed up their events team. By streamlining event planning for both coworkers and clients, she ensured customer satisfaction and efficient turnaround — all amazing qualities that make her an asset to Third Degree’s busy Events department!
A handful of her personal passions revolve around the arts, music, hiking, canoeing and cooking, not to mention nurturing her amazing daughter and spending time with family and friends. With a smile on her face, she’s always happy to meet new people and help in any way she can. Joining the Third Degree family in March has been a dream come true for Olivia, and it is a career path that has opened up a world of opportunities!

So I recently went to a wedding show this weekend in STL and every single vendor (photographer, caterer, florist, etc) who I talked to about Third Degree Glass Factory being our wedding venue had the nicest things to say. Every single one of them mentioned how well organized you are, how easy you make it (on them and the bride/groom), and how the vendors truly love working with you and your team. As someone who is in marketing and customer service, I always feel it’s nice to pass these compliments along.
