This week, Third Degree hosted a group of students (ages 15+) for an intensive week of working in all three of our studios. Of course, our students started with the basics, including proper safety and introductory techniques:
After the basics, they really went to work making all sorts of cool projects! They kept busy in all three studios, making beads…
…as well as blown glass caterpillars…
…and even sandblasting some fused glass tiles.
Overall, this week has been incredibly fun and informative for our students! They have been immersed in glass all week, working alongside our renters, and creating magnificent works of art! Check out our Instagram feed for more pictures and videos of them working!
