HOW TO BOOK
-Click “Select Booking Options”
-Enter your number of guests
-Select your preferred date. Availability is highlighted in green.
-After your date is selected, choose your start time. This is the start time for your whole group. If you are booking multiple guests they will automatically be scheduled consecutively.
-Review your selections, then click “Book Now” to add to your cart.
You will select your project when you arrive at your scheduled time. You may select from a paperweight, heart or ornament. If you would like to upgrade to a flower (+$25), pumpkin (+$50) or beer stein (+$75), you may do so when you arrive, or give us a call at 314.367.4527.
After your experience, your projects will be ready for pickup 7 days later. Shipping is available at an additional cost.
HOT GLASS EXPERIENCE REFUND POLICY
We want to ensure everyone has an amazing experience! If you are unable to attend your booked visit, you may cancel and receive a full refund if we hear from you 72 hours (3 days) prior to your visit.
If you call within 72 hours, we would be happy to reschedule to another time. No refunds.
