NOW ON DISPLAY: “An Instructional Manual: How to Be Human” by Kyle Heikkila
Every month, Third Degree invites a local artist to showcase their work in our East Gallery as a part of our Third Friday open house. This month, Third Degree welcomes Kyle Heikkila and his street art style in “An Instructional Manual: How to Be Human”.
The artwork in Kyle’s showcase show utilizes the subjects found in airline, product, automobile and other manuals as satirical commentary on how to be a functional human in our society. The bright display of numerous layers of color across each panel draw the viewers’ eye in, exposing them to many subjects including love & relationships, working & networking, making long lasting friendships, raising children, and social issues & politics.
Come see Kyle’s work in our gallery, on display until Wednesday, February 15. We are open 10:00a-5:00p, Monday-Saturday.
