Meet Our Special Events Team!

At Third Degree Glass Factory, teamwork is a vital part of our workplace. Doug Auer & Jim McKelvey founded our beautiful glass galleries. Our team of artists work in tandem to create AMAZING public and private experiences with glass. Rachel, Tracey, & Aaron–our special events team–bring it all together to ensure that our clients, vendors and staff have a fabulous event experience!

Rachel McCalla, Events Director

Sign, sealed, delivered — we’re yours! Rachel spearheads the Events Department. With more than 20 years of experience, Rachel handles all of our incoming inquiries, tours, contracts, and staffing. Whether a small group or large, Rachel assists our clients in selecting the best package for their event. With big aspirations and lots of hard work, Rachel increased the department’s events from 70 to more than 150. Rachel coordinates our larger events, and also offers Day of Coordination services to Third Degree clients!

Tracey Morgan, Event Coordinator

Tracey handles all aspects of event planning and design, event administration, and event marketing at Third Degree. She assists each client to carefully visualize and execute every detail. Tracey works with our glass artisans to coordinate glass activities including glass blowing demonstrations and guided activities and glass ceremonies for weddings. From Blogs, like this one, to Instagram, Tracey also heads up our marketing and social media for the event department.

Aaron Barrow, Operations & Beverage Manager

From bar management to equipment maintenance, Aaron handles all of the physically demanding details of your event from start to finish. He makes sure our equipment is clean, safe and ready to go. As Bar Manager, Aaron makes sure Third Degree’s beverage selection is optimal! Aaron is also one of our AMAZING event managers and makes a mean Manhattan.
