PLEASE TOUCH THE GLASS.
OVER 6,000 SQUARE FEET
With over 6,000 square feet of open space, Third Degree Glass Factory houses two distinct art galleries. The East Gallery displays the work of local artists who work across a variety of mediums such as photography, painting, fiber, printmaking, and sculpture. Discover the work of up-and-coming local artists every month at our Third Friday events when we unveil installations.
The Hot Shop Gallery takes its name from the adjacent Hot Shop studio, where Third Degree’s resident glassblowing artists work with glass heated to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit to create the incredible works of art that visitors see on display. The gallery is separated from the studio by a one-of-a-kind glass viewing wall that allows visitors to watch the glassblowing artists at work as they shop.
HOST YOUR EVENT
Third Degree Glass Factory is the perfect setting to host your wedding reception, corporate event, or upcoming private party. Founded by artists Jim McKelvey and Doug Auer in 2002, is a one-of-a-kind event facility housed in a working glass studio. The galleries and studios have been beautifully restored and transformed into urban art galleries.
