Kilnworking Intensive | Saturday, Sept. 5 | 10:00a – 3:00p | $170
Ever wondered how our kiln artists make those elegant plates? Here’s your chance to find out! Learn the fundamentals of kiln formed glass arts!
In this 1 day intensive, you’ll work with sheet glass and silver foil to create multiple projects. By the end, you’ll have developed basic glass cutting and coldworking skills as well as a basic understanding of what happens during a “firing”.

Glass Art Sampler | Saturday, Sept. 12 | 12:00p – 4:00p | $100
Sample 3 disciplines of glass art! Students make a paperweight in the Glassblowing Studio, a glass tile in the Kiln Studio, and several beads in the Flame Studio. Perfect for someone interested in learning about glassworking but unsure where to start.
Pumpkin Experience | Saturdays, Sept. 19 & 26 | 10:00a – 4:00p | $75
Work one-on-one with an artist as they introduce you to the tools and techniques of glassblowing and assist you in creating a one of a kind pumpkin in just 30 mins! Time slots given approximately one week before class.

Glass 2: Rental Prep | Sundays, Sept. 20 – Oct. 11 | 4:00p-7:00p | $325
The name really does say it all. This class introduces studio equipment usage/awareness to the aspiring glassblower, while continuing to hone technical skills. Students will be given the necessary skills/knowledge to begin the move from student to renter.
