Home for the Holidays: Sampler | Saturday, December 26 | 12:00p-4:00p | $135
In this very special holiday edition of our Glass Art Sampler, students will make 2 ornaments in our Glassblowing Studio, holiday themed beads in our Flame Studio, and two holiday themed tile projects (Angels, Night lights, and/or Mezuzahs) in our Kiln Studio.
Perfect for a family looking to get into glass together, or those who would like to learn about glass, and aren’t aware of the various techniques available to them.
Calling all aspiring Master Glassblowers!
We are excited to welcome master glassblower Pablo Soto to our studios in January!
During this course students will focus on creating complex glass forms from an evenly blown out bubble. Cane, Reticello, Incalmo, and color application will be used as an element of design. Through group discussions and demonstrations, students will have a better understanding of heat management, basic bubble set up, and a variety of punties.
