Glass is amazing! This summer, your kids will think so too. Third Degree is offering a full week of summer camp for your kids to learn about creating their own glass art!
HOW IT WORKS:
Campers will rotate between our three glass art studios.
Glassblowing: Campers will learn to handle 2000°F molten glass, sculpting and blowing it out into lots of fun and creative shapes.
Flameworking: Glass beads are a lot of fun to make! Melt down glass rods through a torch to create beautiful beads and even some small sculptures.
Fused Glass: No fire needed! Cut and layer cold pieces of glass, which are then melted down inside a kiln.
At the end of the week, campers will set up their own showcase to highlight all their amazing work for parents and other campers!
Registration is now open for kids ages 10 to 14! Summer Glass Camp runs June 4-8, 2018, 9:00a-4:00p.
