OUR STUDIOS & COURSES
The Hot Shop is a state-of-the-art glassblowing studio. Our equipment includes a variety of glassblowing tools, including two 300 pound free standing crucible furnaces, one 18″ and three 12″ brick lined glory holes, and multiple front loading & top loading annealers.
Third Degree Glass Factory has nine different kilns to meet the needs of different artists. Come create something you love in your favorite studio! Our kilns include a Denver Bell Kiln, a Denver Clamshell, a Denver Top Loader, a Casting Kiln, a Vitrigraph Kiln, and more.
Create your works of art in our Flame Shop. Flameworking artists may rent torches by the hour. Rental fee includes use of the kiln and basic tools such as graphite paddle, tungsten pick, mini mashers, and tweezers. Glass rods, bead release and mandrels available for purchase.
Our cold shop rental is available only to artists currently producing work at TDGF. TDGF will cut, grind, polish, drill and sandblast. We are not responsible for any breakage during the process. Engage our services at your own risk.
